How the T10 fan fits into an insulated container build

A full container fit-out shows where the intake dampers, exhaust fan, foam and interior finish meet.

The fan is only one part of this build. The crew frames the walls, spray foams the shell, lines the interior and works the ventilation components into that finished space. It is useful footage if you want to know what happens to a vent after the wall covering goes on.

Two intakes, one exhaust

This layout uses two 10-inch intake dampers near opposite ends of one wall and a T10 exhaust fan near the middle of the opposite wall. Channing describes drawing air from both ends toward the central exhaust. The intake frames sit behind the plane of the steel studs, so the crew plans interior flashing to finish the openings cleanly after the wall is lined.

The wall assembly matters too

The brackets hold the studs away from the container shell, leaving room for foam around them. Corner-casting covers address another exposed steel area where frost and dripping can be a problem in cold weather. Later in the video, the T10 controller is shown with temperature and humidity settings. The finished space still needs a deliberate air route even though the shell is insulated.

A lot of the film is about framing and wall panels, so this article stays with the ventilation details. If you plan to line a container, choose vent locations early enough to accommodate the frame, insulation and interior trim rather than cutting openings after everything is closed up.
